March 2020 - Lee Dickinson has been tapped to present at the upcoming Wyoming State Bar and Judicial Conference in September 2020. Although it is still uncertain whether this will be an in-person or virtual event due to the current pandemic, Lee is excited to provide an interesting and engaging look at this. This will be his second presentation at the Wyoming State Bar and Judicial Conference, as he previously presented in 2018.
December 2019 - Thomson-Reuters®, through its legal research website, Westlaw®, recently published the Wyoming Supplement (Q&A) to Westlaw's collection of state trademark laws. This supplement was penned by Dickinson Law, P.C. "It has been an honor to be asked to contribute our expertise to a legal research platform as respected as Westlaw®," said founding partner Lee Dickinson. The Wyoming Supplement is available online as part of a subscription to the Westlaw® legal database.
August 2019 - Lee Dickinson was appointed Secretary/Treasurer to the Business Law Section of the Wyoming State Bar. His term will run for the 2019-20 Section year. This is his first appointment to the Wyoming State Bar, though he has previously served as Chair of the CLE Committee of the Tennessee Bar Association.
