January 2022 - Lee Dickinson penned the Wyoming Chapter of Covenants Against Competition in Franchise Agreements (4th Ed.), which is published by the American Bar Association. This latest edition is expected to be published later this year.
September 2020 - Lee Dickinson presented "The General Practitioner's Guide to Trademarks: Asking the Right Questions" at the (virtual) 2020 Wyoming State Bar and Judicial Conference. Over 250 attorneys attended the CLE presentation. This was Lee's second time to present at the Wyoming State Bar and Judicial Conference, as he previously was a speaker in 2018.
August 2020 - Lee Dickinson has been elected as Chair of the Business Law Section of the Wyoming State Bar for the 2021-22 year. He previously served as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Business Law Section.
